Yes. You can choose to pick up and/or return the motorbike at Faro Airport. This service has an additional cost of €25 per delivery or collection. Just select this option at the time of booking and provide your flight details: Airline, flight number, departure airport, and scheduled time. When a customer requests an airport delivery, we track their arrival, meet them in the Airport arrivals area, and drive them to our shop. There, we can complete the rental contract, fit the helmet, and hand over the motorbike.

At Soulful Bikes customer’s satisfaction is our priority and we work to deliver the model each customer chose. Only if something really serious happens to the bike during the previous rental we wouldn’t be able to deliver it to you. In the rare occasion of that happening we will contact you as soon as possible letting you know the options available.

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking up to 48h before the pick-up time. You just need to log in in your personal area and cancel the booking. Alternatively you can write us an email requesting the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours through the same payment gateway that was used to pay for the reservation, deducting bank fees (3.5%).

The booking system that we use only allows one bike per booking. Please do multiple bookings if you want to book more than one bike.

We only open by appointment according to the bookings we have scheduled. We also have a very strict policy of first booked - first served to ensure each customer receives the exact model he has booked. If you want to book with less than 12h in advance please call or whatsapp us to +351918888124.

To book your motorbike online you just need a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. When you pick-up the bike, you will need to bring the following: - Passport or national ID if you are an European citizen. - Valid driving license, suitable for the chosen motorbike category. - Credit or debit card with enough funds for the motorbike's deposit. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

According to the motorbike model, the age requirement is between 18 and 75 years old. Some of the bigger motorbikes have special age requirements. You can see if that's the case in the motorbike's reservation page or contact us.

Yes you can. However, the bike must be picked-up by the rider since they will have to sigh the contract.

At Soulful Bikes we open by appointment according to the reservations made at www.soulfulbikes.com. The working hours for deliveries and collections in Faro Downtown and Faro Airport are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. Deliveries and collections outside these times are possible with the addition of an out-of-hours fee.
